Liz Owen
CO-OWNER & LEAD DESIGNER
In short, Liz designs beautiful things. From bathrooms to living spaces, her home designs are a work of art. With a strong background in Real Estate, she founded Sapphire Homes of Arkansas and Sapphire Realty to move the market forward with new technology, innovation and top-notch customer service that enhances the lives of families in NWA.
Liz’s expertise helps guide clients through a seamless process of land selection, plan customization, design and building dream homes.
She shares her time graciously with many non-profits in NWA, including The Junior League and Theater Squared.
Scott Owen
CO-OWNER & PRESIDENT
As President and Co-Owner, Scott has a passion for business development and customer service. He graduated with high honors from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Administration. Scott, his wife Liz, and their two children, Carson and Amelia, feel blessed to call Northwest Arkansas home after relocating from Austin, TX in 2017. They relocated to Fayetteville from Austin, Texas. Scott brings over 15 years of experience building beautiful homes in Austin and Northwest Arkansas.
His vision for Sapphire Homes of Arkansas is to build homes that embody the beauty of NWA and deliver on every need for families of all types.
Howard Owen
CHAIRMEN & CO-OWNER
Howard is an esteemed business leader with years of experience in banking, real estate, manufacturing, and publishing. His wealth of knowledge has led to many successful business ventures spanning 40+ years and from Texas to China. His success stems from establishing a unique position in the marketplace that results in evocative customer referrals and life-long clients.
He is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Architecture and holds an MBA from the University of Texas.
Ashleigh Bennet

Ashleigh’s undeniable style reflects in every aspect of her role at Sapphire Homes of Arkansas. She leads the company’s sales and marketing efforts all the while bringing the plans and design features to life with expert selections. Her experience in home staging, real estate sales, social media marketing and client services has made her a vital part of the Sapphire team.
Ashleigh is honored to lead the marketing and sales efforts for Sapphire Realty alongside Liz Owen and a team of diverse, passionate, and focused individuals serving Northwest Arkansas.
